The nursery!!!

We were so excited to pick up the nursery furniture at BabiesRus from Mommy Colletti and Grammy~ we went to get it as soon as we heard it was there! Then David (since he's been so busy taking care of his bedridden wife) decided to take it out during the week and put it together the following Sat. (despite many requests by me to do it earlier) The picture on the left is of David pulling the crib out of the box! The whole week I would just stare at the pieces of furniture (my bed is on the other end of the room) dreaming of what it would look like all set up. When we finally had time to set it up, I was so excited, I had to take pictures (top right)! The last picture doesn't show the nursery fully

set up but it gives a good idea of what it's going to look like! (we

Gracie's first Eagles game!

Oh, finally! This picture was on it's side before and driving me crazy! Anyway, this is Gracie's first Eagles game and thank goodness we won...otherwise, she may have had a bad experience.  It was a good game and a lot of fun! Our traditional Eagles game is watching it with our favorite "Jake's" meal (hamburger and fries) and beer (my weekly soda for me!).  We love watching the Eagles play...but not so much when they loose.  

Pool Time!

We bought a pool for Gracie and Captain~ they loved it! It took many treats and trials for them to finally warm up to the idea of the pool but once they understood what to do, they loved it!  Especially Captain!  He would lie down, hogging the whole pool!  Gracie never got to that point~ she doesn't really like water unless it's the pool at Doggie Day Care.
